Please Note – Only products purchased directly from the Clemmy website are eligible for replacements.

Deliveries

Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please Note – North Eastern, J&K, and ANN regions may take longer for delivery. 

Shipping Charges 

We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 349/-.

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged. 

Order Processing 

Orders placed on Sundays, Public Holidays, Bank Holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

Once the order is placed, it will be processed within the next 24-48 business hours.

Cancellation 

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

Fake / False delivery

If your order shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery date. Include your Order ID, and Registered Email ID. 

FAQs

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you can always place a new order for the additional items.

How can I change my address?

We will not be able to redirect your order to a different delivery address. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Can I change my Cash on Delivery (COD) order to prepaid?

We can’t switch the payment mode from COD to prepaid. However, you can place a new order with your desired mode of payment.
